The Hong Kong Jockey Club launches the “Philanthropy for Better Cities Forum,” bringing together industry experts, policymakers, leaders and practitioners across the Asia Pacific to discuss the role of private philanthropy in solving metropolitan social issues.

This past October Aeras was pleased to join the 47th annual Union World Conference on Lung Health in Liverpool, UK. From an active booth presence to our second annual Stakeholder Luncheon, Aeras took the opportunity to help highlight the importance of TB vaccine R&D.

Aeras held its second Stakeholders Meeting and Luncheon in Liverpool, UK, in conjunction with the 47th Union World Conference on Lung Health this past October. More than 70 stakeholders joined the event and engaged in discussions on clinical development, advocacy, resource mobilization, and community engagement.

Aeras participated in several meetings focusing on the threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) last week as part of the United Nations General Assembly, including the high-level meetings with Ministers of Health, held September 21 in New York.
